Summary
The Administrative Assistantfacilitatesthe efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Pay Range: $18 - $24/hourly (DOE)
Location: West Chester, OH
Schedule: (On-Site) Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
includethe following.Other duties may beassignedas necessary.
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Confirms shipments with patients.
Welcomesanddirectsvisitors and clients.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Responds to andresolvesadministrative inquiries and questions.
Coordinates andschedulestravel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
Preparesagendas and schedules for meetings.
Records anddistributesminutes or other records for meetings.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Performsother duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.
Provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication
Mustpossessthe ability to multi-taskandfrequentlychange direction.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalentrequiredwith some specialized training.
Three (3) years related secretarial/administrative experience.
